New type manual electrostatic spray gun
The liquid electrostatic spray gun is based on the principle of electrostatic spraying, by using the grounded object as the positive electrode, the paint atomizing device as the negative electrode, and applying high negative voltage to the paint atomizing device, forming an electrostatic boundary between the two poles to make atomization The paint particles are negatively charged, so that the paint is effectively adsorbed on the coated object of the opposite electrode. Compared with ordinary air spray guns, electrostatic spray guns have the following advantages:
(1) Thickness is increased and uniform: Under the same operating method, due to electrostatic adsorption, the thickness of the air electrostatic spraying film is slightly higher than that of air spraying (about 3-5um), and due to the encircling effect, the corners and depressions of the workpiece are affected. And other parts are easy to paint, the coating film is more uniform, and it is not easy to cause spray leakage.
(2) Good leveling. Because the wet film is smooth and uniform, the paint film is easy to level under the conditions of proper viscosity, temperature and humidity, the orange peel is obviously reduced, and the paint film is smoother.
(3) Distinctive image: Due to the reduction of appearance defects such as orange peel, the vivid image of the paint film is directly improved.
(4) Gloss: The gloss is slightly improved (approximately 1%), and the gloss increase is more obvious for the inner surface, corners and other difficult-to-paint parts.
The use of traditional spray guns and manual spray guns is plagued by problems such as large waste of paint, serious environmental pollution, difficult cleaning, low production efficiency, poor product color, and unstable quality. The electrostatic spray gun can solve these problems. Its principle is the same as that of electrostatic precipitator, and it is a new technique for spraying paint using the electrostatic field formed by high voltage. Compared with manual painting, it has the advantages of high efficiency, less waste, good quality, and is beneficial to the health of workers.

1. The paint film is uniform and plump, with good adhesion and decoration.
