The Principle of Air Spray Gun and Its Structure
Air atomizes fluids and makes fluids come out from nozzle slowly, while high-speed airflow surrounds fluids. Fluids and air accelerate to rub together and then it makes fluids disperse to achieve atomization.
Air spraying is able to achieve better painting quality, and it is called as car painting or A type painting.

Operation Steps
1.Please make sure you connect spray gun with its paint cup and air hose before your use;
2.Adjust air pressure you need as per viscosity of paint and features of paint. Suitable air pressure is from 2.5 bar to 4 bar.
3.Please keep appropriate distance from spray gun to workpieces. Recommended spray distance is from 15cm to 20cm.
4.A reduction of paint adhering to the inside of the air cap makes atomization more uniform and achieves a steady spray pattern. Reduce both overspray and the triggering load, and achieve a better atomization effect by reducing the spraying air pressure (at the gun handle) by 0.05MPa.
